Moving to a sane world? Win for Real Avatar

The Indian Government has apparently heard the thousands of submissions from across the world from those of us who supported the call for support for the remote Kutia and Dongria Kondh indigenous tribes. These people worship the Niyamgiri Hill where British-based Vedanta Resources’ plan to mine bauxite. The Indian Environment Minister has just rejected the development application.

Australian Governments need to listen and learn – especially in NSW where inappropriate DA’s are destroying communities
